Refund Terms
BY BOOKING WITH US, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT
Refund Policy
Our mission is to leave you 100% satisfied with our service. Please contact us within 48 hours regarding any missed areas during your cleaning. We will be happy to schedule a recleaning within 7 days of you contacting us. Please text or e-mail pictures of the missed areas to us. Our e-mail address is support@myprohousekeeper.com.
**CLIENTS CONTACTING US OUTSIDE OF THE 48-HOUR WINDOW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND**
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES CLEANING
We do not clean walls, animal feces, exterior windows, rust removal, rust cleaning, lifting of heavy items, clutter, high ceiling fans, or hoarding cleanups.
For all moving cleans the house should be empty of all belongings and there should not be any other contractors (painters, movers, electricians, etc.) working at the time of our moving clean appointment to prevent areas from becoming dirty after the cleaning was done. We are not responsible for areas not prepared for cleaning.
If for some reason, we cannot come back out to perform the recleaning due to the client’s schedule a refund cannot be issued.
Homes not in standard conditions (hoarding, clutter clean-up, trash build-up) are excluded from this policy and not eligible for refunds.
Example: If you requested a standard cleaning, but your home needs a deep cleaning due to build-up and wear and tear, you would not qualify for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel for any reason whatsoever, just call anytime to end service. MyProHouseKeeper contract does not lock you in a long-term contract.
Provide 24-hour notice to cancel service. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel any of your cleanings.
We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions.
Without 24-hour notice, you will be liable for a $50.00 cancellation fee.
EXTRA FEES
Cleaners are instructed to follow the cleaning checklist. If you would like additional services performed please contact our office at least one business day in advance so we can schedule the additional work. Changing of services could create changes in fees.
Quotes are based on the average time to clean. If the home is not found in an “average” condition MyProHouseKeeper reserves the right to bill for the extra time spent.
